About Narayan

I was born in a meditation center, my father is a recognized Dharma teacher and my mother is a Yoga teacher. I participated in several retreats (courses) of mediation/mindfulness/full awareness of one week, mostly in silence. I have an authentic, real and sincere approach.

About the lesson

My classes are very free and improvised. There is a basic structure that involves an introduction to the fundamentals of meditation, then a guided meditation followed by a free exchange on all your questions. Of course, this structure can be modified. Meditation is based on the experience felt in the present moment, so we will adapt when the time comes.
