About Reg
I am a retired computer science lecturer and have taught courses in artificial intelligence, machine learning, theory of computation, algorithms and data structures, compiler construction, as well as introductory programming. I am a LaTeX expert and have helped may students polish their Master's thesis or PhD dissertation. I can assist you with advanced mathematics and bioinformatic algorithms---see my progress on Rosalind. I preferably program in Python and Prolog, and only when compelled to do so, in Java.

One does AI and ML by implementing code that solves some specific problem. For example how to write a Prolog program that solves the Hanoi towers problem. How does the code differ from the code in Python? How does one find the six intersections of the three functions x + 1, x^2, x^5 +1 using a genetic algorithm. Can you code the missionaries and cannibals problem in Prolog?
