About Iga

Yoga has been a grounding force in my life, helping me navigate stress, loss, and change. Through my classes, I aim to create a welcoming space for others to reconnect with their breath, body, and inner strength. Whether you're here to build flexibility, find balance, or simply take a moment for yourself, I’m here to guide you on your journey. Let’s flow together.

About the lesson

My Vinyasa Flow classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and building strength while cultivating inner peace. Each session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and develop flexibility. Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, you'll find a welcoming space to flow, grow, and restore balance. Expect dynamic sequences, calming breathwork, and a focus on alignment—allowing you to move with intention and feel fully present. Join me on the mat to explore movement, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to yourself.
