Working with Indre has been incredible over the years her approach has always consisted of patience and tailoring to my goals, and ensuring I was confident in what I was doing. Stepping in to gym as a beginner, we were worked on correct form and strength training. Every session we ended it with stretching to ensure my body could recover correctly. I always enjoyed the core and stretch classes Indre would conduct, it allowed me to appreciate what I was capable of away from weight training and how important it is to listen to your body’s needs.
