My Teaching Approach & Methodology:
I don't believe in quick fixes, fad diets, or intimidating gym culture. My approach is completely science-based and sustainable. Having trained consistently for 5 years, I know exactly what it feels like to stand in a gym for the first time feeling overwhelmed. Because of this, my method focuses heavily on breaking down complex biomechanics into simple, repeatable movements, and pairing them with nutrition plans that fit your actual lifestyle—not the other way around.

Structure of a Typical Class:
Every session is structured to maximize safety, skill progression, and confidence. A standard 60-minute class follows this flow:

The Foundation (10 Mins): Dynamic warm-up and mobility work tailored to the muscles we are targeting that day, ensuring injury prevention.

Skill & Form Breakdown (20 Mins): We master the "why" and "how" of compound movements (like squats, deadlifts, or presses). I break down the exact path the barbell or dumbbell should take.

The Working Sets (20 Mins): Executing the workout with real-time feedback on your posture, breathing, and muscle engagement.

Nutrition & Tracking Review (10 Mins): We close by looking at your data—discussing your calorie tracking, energy levels, and how to maintain sustainable eating habits until our next session.
