About Inura

Hello, I’m a dedicated Chinese tutor with strong academic and real-life experience in the language. I studied in China for two years, completing a language year at Tianjin University and studying Electrical Engineering at Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xi’an. I am currently a second-year Electrical Engineering student at the University of Pretoria.

I hold HSK 4 and the CSC Language Program Certificate, and I am currently preparing for the HSK 5 exam. My experience living and studying in China allows me to teach not only the language, but also how it is used in real-life situations.

I take a structured and professional approach to teaching, focusing on clear explanations, consistent progress, and building confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. My lessons are tailored to each student’s level and goals, with strong support for HSK exam preparation.

I work best with beginners to intermediate learners (HSK 1–3), and I am confident in helping students prepare for HSK 1 and HSK 2 within a few months with consistent effort.

I am committed to helping you learn Chinese effectively, with discipline, clarity, and practical results.

About the lesson

I offer structured and results-focused Chinese tutoring based on real-life experience studying in China. I spent two years there, completing a language year at Tianjin University and studying Electrical Engineering at Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xi’an. I am currently a second-year Electrical Engineering student at the University of Pretoria. I hold HSK 4 and the CSC Language Program Certificate, and I am currently working towards the HSK 5 exam.

My teaching focuses on building strong basics in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with a practical and easy-to-understand approach. Lessons are interactive, tailored to each student, and include HSK preparation.

I teach in English and work mainly with beginners to intermediate students. With consistent effort, I can help students prepare for HSK 1 and HSK 2 within a few months, and I also offer guidance for HSK 3.

My goal is to help students gain confidence and real ability in Chinese through clear, effective lessons.

I am pleased to provide this recommendation for my Chinese language tutor, who has played a significant role in my academic and personal development.

I studied Chinese under his guidance for a period of two years. During this time, his structured teaching methods, patience, and deep understanding of the language helped me build a strong foundation in Chinese. Thanks to his support and consistent encouragement, I was able to progress from a beginner to a confident speaker who can communicate effectively in both academic and practical settings.

As a direct result of his teaching, I performed very well in Chinese at university and have now reached an HSK Level 4 standard. Beyond academics, I have also been able to apply my language skills professionally, including working as a translator for a company, which reflects the real-world effectiveness of his teaching approach.

He is not only knowledgeable but also highly dedicated to his students’ progress. He adapts his teaching style to suit individual learning needs and ensures that his students gain both confidence and competence in the language.

I strongly recommend him to anyone looking to learn Chinese seriously and achieve measurable results in a relatively short period of time.
