About Sarah
I am an undergraduate student currently studying history and anthropology at Queen’s University Belfast. I enjoyed history at GCSE and A-level which encouraged me to continue it at university. I am looking to continue on and do a PGCE. I enjoy teaching and helping students. I would love the opportunity to showcase my lesson planning skills and my historical skills.

For history I think it is important to remember the information but more importantly learn the correct method of writing essays and completing source analysis. The essay skills are one of the most important elements in a history exam and can make the difference in grade boundaries. The content is extremely important in essays for example with source analysis I would aim to create a structure of the answer which addresses each key element while also pulling contextual information from the time to back up the points made throughout the answer.
