About Eleanor
I want to tutor students as I understand the importance of a tailored approach to A-Level studies. I am a firm believer that being taught by someone who understands the struggle of A-Levels can make studying and revising more manageable.
I understand the methods required to achieve top grades in A-Level History and Politics, and I combine content mastery with my exam techniques which allowed me to achieve top marks in the essay questions of A-Level exams.

- I would tutor online as I am completing a university degree in Economics and Politics at Nottingham.
- Lessons would be a minimum of 45 minutes, and a maximum of 2 hours. This is in order to master specification content and exam technique which is key to accessing A/A* grades in the exam.
- I have tuition experience at GCSE level, having recently completed A-Level exams myself.
- I tutor A-Level students in History, Year 12 and 13 at school for Edexcel A-Level History which I achieved 91% in (a high A*), as well as 35/40 in Coursework (A*)
- I achieved a Grade A in Edexcel Politics, and have helped to tutor students in this subject at school before their Y12 mocks. I would help with mastering content for both ideologies and core content in order to understand how to apply A01 knowledge into answers to achieve top marks.
