About Junko
I am Japanese and currently work as a pastry chef. I am also a certified personal trainer and trained seven women in Perth from 2018 to 2019. While some of them were unable to continue, those who followed through with my training and food advice achieved their fitness goals.
In the past, I competed in Track and Field (400H) and placed second in Japan. I strongly believe that just 30 minutes of training a day can lead to significant changes in your body. While I am not qualified to create meal plans, I can offer valuable advice.
Enjoying the training and making it a habit is the key to success. I would like to use my experience to help women get fit in my garage at an affordable price!

My training will be in my garage in Tuart Hill. Mainly circuit training or tabata training according to your strength and suitability. Whoever looking for affordable price and want to get fitter then welcome!$25/40min (1session) ,$100 for 5 sessions tickets are available.
