About João Gabriel

I am an Instructor of Therapeutic Chi Kung graduated from the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ESMTC- Escola de Medicina Tradicional Chinesa), an associate member of APCKTT - Professional Association of Therapeutic Chi Kung and Tai Chi and a federated member of the Therapeutic Chi Kung and Tai Chi Federation. I am teaching Therapeutic Chi Kung since October 2018.

About the lesson

The Qigong classes that I teach.
I try to give classes that are personalized and also appealing alligned with each season of the year. I try to bring practices that are appropriate to the needs and objectives of the student, and through practices given in class, that you can find a practical way to integrate into your day life in an appropriate way.
