About Ashmita
I'm Ashmita Duggal, a certified Akhanda yoga teacher with 200 hours of training through Akhanda Institute based Anand Prakash Ashram, Rishikesh, India.
I also played yoga competitions held in India at National level & Gold medalist at State Level (Chandigarh, Punjab).
Currently, pursuing for certification in Nutrition & Dietetics.
