I’m a Spanish Personal Trainer based in Gibraltar with more than 5 years' experience and over 300 clients who want to help you during this new challenge. Adapting each exercise to your level or condition (pregnancy, postpartum or injury). Having the flexibility and the comfort of doing it from home.

I have been training with her since 2019 and She helped me get stronger and fitter, then adapted and tailored my training when I was pregnant so that I could still train and get alot out of it. Then post partum eased me back into it, so that it wasn't overwhelming. Lucia Listens to what you want to get out of
your training and helps you achieve your goals.
