About Nancy
I am a Chinese background student, I graduated from RMIT last year and I am taking my Master of Teaching at ACU. I have enough experience in teaching Chinese that I have been worked at an after-school to teach mandarin for primary students. All my students are engaged in the class and they really enjoy to spend time to learn a new language.

In my class, I always create an inclusive and engaging environment for my students to learn. Language study is a long term study and it needs students to use this language to express their idea in the most extent. As a teacher, my teaching philosophy has been established and deepened along the way as me being an after-school teacher, although that students’ results do matter in terms of valuing teaching quality and teaching practices, I found that I would put more emphasis on students’ engagement and their willingness to keep learning.
