My teaching philosophy is built on the idea that fitness is a language. My job is to help you speak it fluently, whether you are stepping into the ring for the first time or looking to regain mobility in your later years.

My Teaching Techniques & Methods I use a "Form-First" method. Before we add intensity, we master the mechanics. Drawing from my EREPS and SPEFL-SC training, I use "Active Feedback" loops—explaining the why behind every movement. For my kickboxing sessions, I use a rhythmic progression technique, breaking down complex combinations into simple, digestible steps so you feel confident from the very first strike.

The Typical Structure of a Class (60 Minutes)

The Foundation (10 mins): A dynamic warm-up focused on joint mobility and heart rate elevation, tailored to your specific physical needs.

The Core Work (35 mins): This is the "meat" of the session. It involves skill-based kickboxing drills, functional strength training, or balance work depending on your goals.

The Burn (10 mins): A high-intensity finish (or a focused core circuit) to maximize caloric expenditure.

The Reset (5 mins): Static stretching and a "Wellness Check-in" where we discuss your nutrition plan and recovery for the week.
