About Jessica
I am a student, with a passion for psychology and sociology. I have personal experience with anxiety and depression, with a recent diagnosis of a chronic pain disorder. My goal is to use my personal first-hand knowledge to understand and help you overcome certain struggles, and to learn to maintain mental health. I am also able to help with psychology and sociology lessons/homework. I am a native English speaker, and have had lots of tutoring experience in this field.

I am a very flexible teacher, as I know everyone learns differently based on who they are. My favourite methodology to work with is hands on.. I personally believe that you get the most out of something when you experience it first hand.

I also offer lessons via text/phone call. I do accept sudents who may just need advice covered under one of my specified areas. A cancellation with less than 24hr notification is a $10 charge.
