About Katherine

I have been cooking when I was young helping my mom and dad in the kitchen. My mom would make home style recipes that was passed down from my grandma. My dad would make restaurant style dishes so I learned two difference styles. I always have a passion in food so I cook a lot of difference Asian cuisines at home. You can also follow me on my IG food page superbunnychef and see all my dishes.

About the lesson

I start with the basic popular dishes first. We start by prepping the right ingredients to wash, cut and marinade. The cooking style process is the most important. Most of the time its the before and after procedures that make a difference in the taste, texture and color.
