About Priya

I am very passionate about cooking. I love making fusion food with limited/available ingredients. I have been enjoying cooking since my childhood. Beneficially having a nutritional science background helps me to innovate different types of healthy recipes. I would love to make vegetarian food very healthy, interesting and delicious. My cooking classes will be in English but I am happy to give lessons in Hindi if you want.

About the lesson

I will not be just teaching how to cook but also the powerful health benefits of the ingredients and spices being used in the cooking. Spices not only give flavors but also have healing properties and numerous health benefits. I will provide you a list of ingredients and we work together. I will be showing/teaching you everything step by step recipe and amount of spice to add to bring the best out of it. Topics can be discussed: * Prepare quick and easy dishes * Correct amount of Ingredients and spices to be added *Bring flavors with health *Health benefits of ingredients If you are not in or around Perth area, not to worry I do offer Online classes that can give you the same feel as One on One class. We will have lots of interaction, fun, laugh and of course some delicious cooking. I am a very social person and love to spread my knowledge with my beautiful Vegetarian community.

Perfect! I worked with Priya for about 4 or 5 sessions. We learnt how to cook some authentic Indian cuisine such as: potato bhaji, dhal fry, mushroom curry, dosa, etc. Priya was really helpful and it was pleasant to work with him. All the best, Priya.
