About Luis Felipe José

I'm a physical education teacher with a master's degree in fitness. I've been teaching fitness classes since 2010 and have developed five training systems that I've presented internationally, which I use in my own training methods. Let's train together and achieve... pushing your body to its limits!

About the lesson

My classes consist of 5 training methods: 1. Turbo Strike (Dance and combat fitness) 2. Fighting Strike (Aerobics, localized and functional combat) 3. X'Strike (Pre-choreographed Combat Fitness) 4. Functional Strike (Functional Training) 5. Body Strike (Step training system) All classes are flexible and adaptable to the needs and particular situation of each student, you just have to put in the effort and dedication.

My prices do not vary according to the level of the students, but I do consider travel and I only cancel classes in case of extreme necessity, I give 1 day's notice, but if the student cancels the class without notice or with less than 1 day's notice, the class is charged anyway.
