About Sophie

Hello! I’m Sophie, your Chinese learning partner! Bonjour ! Je suis Sophie, votre partenaire d’apprentissage du chinois ! As a language enthusiast, I make Chinese learning fun, practical, and engaging. Passionnée par les langues, je rends l’apprentissage du chinois amusant, pratique et captivant. Together, we’ll explore topics like Chinese food, festivals, and slang. Ensemble, nous explorerons des sujets comme la cuisine chinoise, les fêtes et les expressions familières. As a fellow learner, I’ll help you find the best methods to make progress enjoyable and efficient. En tant qu’apprenante moi-même, je vous aiderai à progresser avec des méthodes adaptées et efficaces. Outside class, I love playing guzheng, badminton, and chess. En dehors des cours, j’adore jouer du guzheng, au badminton et aux échecs. Join me, and let’s discover the charm of Chinese together! Rejoignez-moi pour découvrir ensemble le charme de la langue chinoise !

About the lesson

I have extensive experience teaching Chinese to foreign friends, helping them learn the language effectively. From pinyin and basic grammar to practical conversation and writing, I’ve designed personalized courses tailored to students of different proficiency levels, ensuring they master Chinese in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

My teaching approach focuses on practicality and fun:
1. Using images, videos, and games to make learning more engaging and interactive.
2. Introducing Chinese festivals, cuisine, and popular trends during lessons, allowing students to experience the charm of Chinese culture while learning the language.
