About Octavia

I’ve been tutoring privately for a year and currently volunteer with Action Tutoring as an online tutor. Working towards the 120hr TEFL qualification also means I keep learning and expanding my teaching skillset. Furthermore, with a wide variety of extracurricular interests I strive to make connections with the pupils to ensure a fun learning environment.

About the lesson

Games, exercises and stimulating learning materials which can be adapted for all levels and ages. For History, discussions and debate are crucial activities to not only identify gaps in our knowledge of a subject but most importantly to reveal entirely new perspectives on a topic.
