About Hannah
I am a neurodiverse person, and understand how neurodiversity can affect your learning experience. I am to work with students to find what lesson design and methods work for you, and how you learn best. In 2022 I was awarded an Andy Farquharson Teaching Excellence Award for Graduate Students, part of UVic’s REACH Awards, for my teaching excellence over the previous 12 months. Throughout my academic career I have taken a variety of courses including courses covering biology, sociology, anthropology, teaching pedagogy, and scientific methods. I have both a breadth and depth of content knowledge. I have also presented my own human evolution research at multiple international academic conferences, connecting with and learning from experts in various fields.
