About Grace

I was first introduced to the history of art at Secondary School and since then I have been hooked!
In June 2023 I graduated Sorbonne Université with a degree in art history. Last year I started studying collecting and provenance at the University of Glasgow, where I discovered a passion for restitution and provenance research. I am now in my second year of this degree (with only my independent study and dissertation to complete) and have moved down south in order to be closer to research opportunities in London. This means that I now have a bit more spare time on my hands, so I thought that it would be a good idea to put my skills and knowledge to use in order to help anyone who is studying or who wishes to learn more about the history of art.

About the lesson

I have an undergraduate degree in Art History from Sorbonne Université and I am currently in my second year of a masters degree in Art History focusing on collecting and provenance at the University of Glasgow.
During my undergraduate degree, I studied a wide-range of periods within the History Art from the Antiquity to Present Day.
My studies at a master's level have focused on the history of collecting, provenance research and restitution. My personal research focuses on the restitution of Nazi-looted art in France.
Having achieved first class grades in a majority of my courses and with previous experience tutoring, I am happy to help anyone who wishes to:
- Gain knowledge
- Improve analytical skills
- Develop essay writing
My lessons last an hour (**) and are personalised taking into account each individual's needs, strengths and weaknesses.
(**) If you require help with an essay I would advise two one hour sessions.
