About El

Rugby isn't just a sport to me; it's a passion. I've learnt so much from this game – teamwork, discipline, and the importance of never giving up. I want to share that with you. More than just teaching you the skills and strategies, I want to help you grow as players and as people. I want to create a supportive environment where you can challenge yourselves, learn from your mistakes, and celebrate each other's successes. Ultimately, I want you to fall in love with rugby, just like I did. Whether you dream of playing professionally or just want to have fun and stay active, I'm here to help you reach your goals. Let's work hard, play fair, and make some awesome memories together!"

About the lesson

As a rugby coach, my main goal is to create a positive and effective learning environment for my players. I start by assessing their current skill levels and understanding their individual goals. From there, I design training sessions that focus on developing fundamental skills like passing, catching, tackling, and rucking. Each session typically includes a warm-up, skill-specific drills, and game-like scenarios to help players apply what they've learned. I emphasise the importance of teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship. I also make sure to provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help players improve and build confidence. Safety is always a top priority, so I teach proper techniques and ensure that all players understand the rules of the game.

I met Ella at American football where we were both playing at the time, I reccomend Ella as she has a very strong program set up focusing on strength and conditioning but also the nutrition that comes along with that. Overall a very funny girl
