About Joss
Rugby's been a lifelong passion of mine, and I'm driven to help grow the sport across the country by introducing it to young athletes the right way. I've trained alongside and learned from current referees, giving me a deeper understanding of the game's rules, flow, and sportsmanship that I pass on in every session.

My coaching uses a fun, enjoyment-first approach that helps young athletes fall in love with rugby while learning core skills. A typical session blends basic drills, game scenarios, and teamwork exercises to build confidence and fundamentals. Using my 13 years of experience I focus on motivation through positivity. Lessons are designed for beginner rugby players from middle school to high school
