About Suman
I hail from NE part of India. I have 13+ of Corporate experience and I am passionate about fitness since my childhood and believe in self practice. I have been practicing Martial arts, yoga, Calisthenics on my own and in 2017 one of coworkers suggested me to get certifications, so that I can impart my experience to others professionally. I took my hobby seriously seriously in 2017, and I am a certified yoga instructor now and have taught yoga to 1000+ clients via 1 on 1 & group sessions.

Class content depends on what a student is seeking. Most of the practitioners look for general fitness which is related to body and mind wellbeing. For them, 1st assessment of current health conditions will done through a demo session, you can discuss your current challenges (Physical, Mental emotional) and life or Fitness goals. Based on student's history and current health, 1 hour session practice SOP will be made.
Usually, 1 Hour practice includes:
Prayer
Warm up
Sun salutation
Yoga Postures
Breathing exercises
Rest/ Yog Nidra/ Guided meditation
Closing Ritual
But, if you are seeking guidance to understand the Life and need spiritual guidance, it is going to be more theoretical and interactive.
