About Missael

I work independently as a private tutor. As I like to be able to get one on one with the kids and teens. I work with to understand what is the best way to help them learn the subject and even enjoy learning it as well

For me it started when I was in high school. As I was a senior. I would work with younger groups of kids as they got ready for regents. So I helped them cover the material as well. Working along side a teacher during my free periods, I worked as an unofficial student teacher. Helping the class with projects and grading work.

I work part time in an after school program for over 2 years. So l have experience with helping kids and teens work out there problems. As well as breaking down material for homework help. I also have an associate degree in history working on my degree in history in adolescent history.

About the lesson

I start off with the material that is being covered and what they need to prepare for. Once we figure out what they don't understand or is weak in. I start to reenforce it. Buy using other examples of how to tackle certain questions or topics in an era or subject.

I've worked with different groups of kids. Mostly Hispanic and west Indian. But working at a grama based school. I working with different kids with that all grouping. Have experience with Autistic kids and ones with anger issues

Don't always judge a book by its cover. As sometimes a person may have bad reviews. But its cause every one has a preferred way of teaching, same as a student has a certain way of preferred learning. Look for a teacher or tutor that fits your way of learning. And can adapt to your situation
