About Ashish

I've done my graduation with commerce but from 10 years I'm training into the Gym, Home or Society. I'm a personal and Group exercise Coach. Recently I come back from Muscat, Oman worked as a Club Manager and alongside worked as a personal trainer.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is to start with functional training and end with Cross Training when it is a case for weight loss.
My class based on mainly to give my students or clients the best version of themselves.
I'm working for 10 years in the fitness industry.
