About Joshua
In my classroom, creating a safe, effective, and inclusive learning environment is my foremost mission. I believe in nurturing each student's talents, fostering an atmosphere where every individual feels welcomed, valued and empowered to embrace their own growth, development and progress academically and morally.
My ultimate objectives go beyond mere academic achievement; I aim to instill a love for learning for its own sake and to cultivate critical thinking. I firmly believe in the power of our human intellect, rationality, creativity and imagination to effect positive change in the world. By equipping students with these critical thinking skills, I empower them to navigate complexities, challenge assumptions and envision new possibilities.
I am dedicated to guiding students on a journey of self-discovery, helping them find their own place in the world, derive meaning in their lives and uncover their true selves. Through critical thinking, students not only undergo transformations but also develop a deeper understanding of their identity as human beings.
