As a COACH MY PRIORITY IS TO MAKE SURE CLIENTS SAFTY AND INJURY FREE I WORK UPON THE SCIENTIFIC PRINCIPLES WHICH IS BASED ON INTEGRATION FORMAT OF LIFTING AND GROWING (OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE TRAINING) I work upon fundamental movements pattern as per biomechanics and how human body functions.then I progress toward performance based method and work upon the detailing.
Class is divided in 3 sections where I take 1 phase as movement pattern for all joints and muscles
2phase power performance training 3phase is cooldown and end up with feedback and consultation. As a COACH is I am disciplined.and this session is designed for all age group
