I am a female capoeira teacher and master. I have been study and teaching capoeira in Uk, Europe and around the world for over 30 years. The style I teach is capoeira Angola, the ancient rooted style of capoeira. I ama native Brazilian.

About the lesson

My class plan includes yoga stretches, strength work and lower impact capoeira Angola movements. I offer classes for beginners and advanced. You will learn capoeira Angola movements sequences to build your overall fitness.My classes is online and face to face.
