About Juan Pablo

My name is Juan Pablo and I have been practicing calisthenics for 4 years. The love that I have developed for this practice has led me to develop dedication and discipline that have been reflected in the results of strength, aesthetics and mastery over my body. I want to accompany and guide other people who want to start their path in this discipline to save them the setbacks and obstacles that I had to face when learning it on my own.

About the lesson

I have been a Calisthenics athlete for 4 years and I have specialized in training focused on strength and muscle hypertrophy. Throughout my journey through this exciting sport I have been learning about the application of different training and programming methods according to the particular objectives of each person. I will offer you professional advice, always emphasizing the reason for each exercise, its usefulness and effectiveness in stimulating specific muscle groups.

He tenido la oportunidad de aprender calistenia con Juan Pablo y la verdad vale mucho la pena. El estructura bien los ejercicios sesión a sesión para uno poder progresar y te enseña a ejecutarlos de forma adecuada, lo cual me ha ayudado para obtener mejores resultados y evitar lesiones .
