About Resistance
I want to teach as I love to share my knowledge of these combat sports and help people to get fit and learn martial arts.
I am systematic in my approach and will start off with the fundamentals in any form that I teach, before progressing to more advanced techniques.
I am a very patient teacher who can work well with beginners and seasoned fighters alike. I love to see progress in my students.

Professional and passionate coach dedicated to help you reach your goals with martial arts, whether that is just to get fit and lose weight, learn self-defence, or compete.
I started boxing at a young age and have trained alongside world champion coaches and fighters. I have also assisted many professional fighters with sparring, including national and international champions.
I also have knowledge of grappling and hold a blue belt in BJJ and have learned freestyle wrestling from a commonwealth champion.
Beyond the above, I also have experience of Muay Thai, kickboxing and general self defence skills.
