About Sarah

I have been writing poetry as both a hobby and a coping strategy as long as I can remember. In connection to coping I personally find it to be a relief and a rather unique way to get things out in a more healthy way.

About the lesson

We can learn together how to get out what is on our mind and heart whether they are pleasant or not so much.It will be done in a relaxed manner and nothing you write will be posted online as it is just a way to help one’s cope. (English preferred)
