About Karina

My teaching is backed by comprehensive certification and a commitment to industry standards. I believe that legitimacy in this field comes from a balance of traditional study and modern professional responsibility. I am currently finalizing a 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training to complement my foundational 200-hour Hatha certification. I am an active member with Yoga Alliance, helping me stay current with global standards for ethics and continuing education.

About the lesson

My methodology focuses on functional alignment and somatic awareness. Rather than forcing the body into a "perfect" shape, we work with your unique anatomy to find stability and ease. My lessons are typically 1 hour long, and my classes are for beginner yoga students.
