About Paras

I am an Architect, guitarist. and completed my B. Arch degree from Hindu college of architecture, DCRUST.
I passed out from DLDAV school. I had a keen interest in fitness, yoga and guitar and practising these things for the last 7 years.

About the lesson

I start my session by observing every ounce of my student/ client. Then, I focus on muscle mind connection for the best results. I love to treat my students as my family members and give them the best guidance and transform them into their newer version.
