About Charlotte

Hey there, I'm Charlotte! I've been sharing the joys of yoga for a while now, both in bustling London and the serene landscapes of Mexico, where I even started my own retreats. My passion is helping folks explore the deeper dimensions of yoga, finding mental and physical well-being. From Ashtanga to Restorative yoga, my teaching style evolves with ongoing learning. I sprinkle some Reiki healing and card reading magic into my sessions, making it more than just a physical practice. Teaching yoga is my way of spreading the love for this transformative journey, and I can't wait to share it with you!

About the lesson

In my teaching, I collaborate with you to assess your current state and craft a personalised roadmap for achieving your physical and emotional aspirations.
Each 75-minute session, comprising meditation, postures, and Reiki, blends my 300 hours of yoga teacher training from Spain and India.
Tailored for ages 30-85, my approach ensures holistic growth and well-being.

Charlotte is a fantastic yoga teacher. She works with her students to meet them where they are physically and emotionally. Her classes are very calm and she has taught me how to meditate and control my anxiety.
