About Sarmistha
I am an experienced CBSE educator with 12 years of teaching experience, having taught students from Classes 4 to 10 at Indian schools in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
I hold a B.Sc. in Zoology and an MBA in Human Resources (HR). My academic background, combined with my extensive classroom experience, has helped me develop a strong understanding of students, their individual learning needs and different learning styles.
Over the past 12 years, I have worked extensively with the CBSE curriculum, teaching English, Mathematics, Science and Social Science. I focus on making concepts simple and easy to understand, while ensuring that students develop strong fundamentals and confidence in the subject.
My teaching is a combination of concept clarity, regular practice, personalized attention and exam-oriented preparation. I encourage students to ask questions, participate actively and understand why rather than simply memorizing answers.
Having taught in an international Indian-school environment, I am comfortable working with students from diverse backgrounds and adapting my teaching approach according to their needs.
My goal is to make learning clear, engaging and stress-free, while helping every student reach their academic potential.
