About Maral
My name is Maral, and I’ve taught students from the Middle East to America, from third graders to undergraduate college students. One thing that has remained constant is how much I enjoy watching other STEM students find the beauty within science and medicine. I believe these are among the most fascinating subjects in the world, and I’ve always taught them that way, and wish to continue to do so.

Throughout my academic career, I have assumed many roles as an instructor from being a teaching assistant for Undergraduate Life Science pre-meds in UCLA to a science teacher for third grade students.
I learn things in a systematic and step by step manner, and that’s how I like to teach it. I believe that things should be taught and learnt in a way that stays with you forever, not just short term memorization.
