About Chane

I am a passionate and dedicated educator with experience in teaching, academic support, learner development, and school leadership. I currently work in education leadership while also providing extra academic support to help learners build confidence and achieve their full potential.

I believe that every child can succeed when they are given the right support, encouragement, and learning environment. My passion for teaching comes from seeing learners grow academically and emotionally while developing confidence in their abilities.

I specialize in Mathematics support, Afrikaans HL & FAL, English HL & FAL, homework assistance, exam preparation, study skills, and project guidance for learners in Grades 4–9. I work with learners of different abilities and learning styles, and I strive to make lessons engaging, supportive, and easy to understand.

My teaching approach focuses on patience, structure, consistency, and positive encouragement. I aim to create a safe and motivating learning environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills at their own pace.

I am fluent in both English and Afrikaans and enjoy helping learners not only improve their marks, but also their confidence and love for learning.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to provide structured, CAPS-aligned academic support in a positive and supportive learning environment. I focus on helping learners build confidence, improve understanding, and achieve better academic results through personalized guidance and engaging teaching methods.

I offer support in Mathematics, Afrikaans HL & FAL, English HL & FAL, homework assistance, exam preparation, study skills, projects, and assignments for learners in Grades 4–9. Lessons are available in person and online through Zoom.

As an experienced educator and school leader, I understand that every learner works at a different pace. My lessons are therefore tailored to meet individual learning needs while still maintaining high academic standards. Learners can expect clear explanations, additional study notes and booklets, structured revision, and regular encouragement during sessions.

I am proficient in both English and Afrikaans and aim to create lessons that are interactive, motivating, and easy to understand. Whether a learner needs extra support, homework guidance, or exam preparation, my goal is to help them grow academically while developing confidence in their abilities.

I offer affordable, structured, and CAPS-aligned academic support for learners in Grades 4–9. Lessons are available in person and online through Zoom, depending on the learner’s needs and schedule.

My rates include:
• Extra classes once a week (45-minute sessions)
• Extra classes twice a week (45-minute sessions)
• Homework assistance packages available 2, 4, or 5 days per week
• Zoom classes for learners requiring flexible online support
• Exam preparation study notes available in PDF and printed formats

All learners receive personalized support, structured guidance, and additional study materials where needed. My lessons focus on improving understanding, building confidence, strengthening study habits, and helping learners achieve better academic results in a supportive learning environment.
