About Navika
I am a young teacher that has chosen to teach English as a second language in foreign countries, such as China and Spain. As my passion grew for teaching I decided that I want to teach more lessons and help more students improve on their English.

My teaching method is in between a teacher-centered approach and a learner-centered approach. I always give my students a chance to lead classroom discussions but at the same time I always have control of the lesson and as to how long the discussions last.
In a proper classroom, I use videos and games for the younger learners and for the older learners I use debates and oral lessons to keep the classroom motivated and on edge. The more the learners read and write their English notes, the more confident they become. I also encourage a lot of critical thinking with my students.
