I used to struggle doing Math too. I used to hate Math more than anyone. However, things got inverted the moment I started loving the subject. It's all about how we make ourselves fall in love with the subject. Worry less, as I have got you covered in that part. I can make my students fall in love with the subject first. The rest will be easy after that. Math is the unspoken language of everything around us!
