About Marianela
I am spanish engineer living in England for more than 10 years, I love cooking and I will love to teach it. I stared to make sourdough 5 years ago, normal bread around 13 years ago. I grow up with spanish cooking and I love to be in the kitchen.

Practice, organization and always learning the basics. Maybe because I am also engineer I like to be tedious! In baking I love to have a note book with me, so I know exactly what I did. In cooking I practice practice practice and when I reach to the taste that I like the recipe goes to my notes!
