About Edna
I have been cooking Mexican food for 27 years. Almost all my life! I learnt in Mexico but I have lived in several countries, which made an expert in finding ingredients everywhere!
Teaching specifically, I have experience of more than 15 years teaching different subjects that vary from Algebra and quantitative subjects to Political Science, Arts and cooking!

I started cooking when I was a child, I learnt with two awesome grandmas! Cooking Mexican food is not my main career, but it is my passion! I can teach from simple daily meals to banquetes or special occasions. Do you want to make your own legit tortillas? I can teach that too! Everything from scratch!

The rate in person includes ingredients and utensils. For the first class my knowledge is free but not the ingredients (50 aprox). The online classes, for obvios reasons, do not include ingredients.
