About Sergi
I've been working in the kitchen for about 10 years, a gastronomy student and working in Menorca with great products and not so good. During my short but intense career, I have worked in French and Menorcan cuisine places, rice cookers, bbq, to share places... I have learned to spice up life.

My methodology is practice, patience and detailed explanation. I have done a cooking degree for 3 years and personally I have learned more in the internship, touching products, touching stoves and learning to play with fire as I please. Teaching to cook begins with knowing what is going to be cooked and what you most want to learn to do, I am super nice so you will never get bored.
