About Joe
I'm a native Pennsylvanian who has been employed in the healthcare sector for over 15 years now but have always had a love for languages and cultures. I am specifically passionate about improving students' pronunciation and intonation to improve audience comprehension.
We will focus on the phonetics that are determined most difficult to produce for the individual learner or that may introduce barriers to communication. Barriers to communication can include differences in accents (both dialect and linguistic), pronunciation, enunciation, intonation, conflicting body language, situational idiosyncrasies, cultural components, regional differences, idiom usage, and more.
