About Favour
Growing up, I was tagged obese. i reached a peak bmi of 31.2 which is extremely unhealthy, I knew I had to make a change.
I begun reading up nutrition, trying different ways to broadening my horizon on the topic of fat loss. I learnt quite a lot concerning the science behind fat loss, and so far I have dropped 40kg in 11 months.
I recently begun coaching some individuals physically and they are currently on their way to a successful weight loss journey, if you want this to be you, come along.
