About Jerry
I prefer to pace our sessions according to your personal comfort with numeric logic. Every lesson begins with a quick review of your current understanding to ensure we build on solid ground.
We cover coordinate geometry and SAT or ACT math prep using clear, logical steps. I assign a homework module with every lesson to ensure you have time to digest the material.
Whether we are discussing mensuration or arithmetic and number sense, I keep the tone precise. My background as an MIT Sloan graduate informs how I explain complex numerical relationships to working professionals. I find that the most enjoyable part of this process is watching a student connect abstract geometry to real-world data. You will find that these skills serve you well beyond the test.

Are you an adult or a professional looking to sharpen your quantitative intuition? I often work with learners who have not touched these concepts in years. My 4 years of experience as a tutor combine with an MIT Sloan MBA and BS in Computer Science.
I spent 10 years in analytics roles before I began teaching these specific principles. I have successfully guided many students through the nuances of coordinate geometry and arithmetic. It is quite common to feel rusty when returning to geometry or mensuration after a long break. I handle these transitions with patience and a calm, business-oriented demeanor.
