About Joshua
"The smell of old wood and rosin first pulled me into the world of music. I started teaching 13 years ago to share that same resonance with others.
Most of my work involves guiding 35 students through blues progressions, improvisation, and soloing techniques. I focus on reading tabs, power chords, and maintenance for electric technique. Acoustic technique is also a priority. I keep things simple."

"If I had to pick the best way to learn, it involves taking song requests and turning them into simplified arrangements immediately. That is how I build confidence during our sessions. Since holding a degree from the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, I emphasize efficiency. My 13 years of experience allows me to pivot quickly based on what you need that day.
