About Donald
Clarity is the objective. I often find that students struggle when they attempt to memorize reaction mechanisms without a solid foundation in kinetics. I mandate a diagnostic test for every student before we begin so we avoid wasting time on known concepts.
My 4 years of teaching experience show that focused, numerical problem solving creates the best results. We address the specific gaps identified in your diagnostic test immediately. I am not interested in busy work. We solve for the variables, build the models, and examine the data.

Holding an MS Chem Eng from Michigan and 8 years at Dow, does it seem clear how I navigate chemistry? My 13 years as a chemical engineer in refineries and pharma allow me to bridge complex theory with actual industrial practice.
