I'm a nurse, detox and regenerative specialist, Iridologist, personal coach, yoga teacher, natural healer (which includes working with numerology, Reiki, crystal therapies, aromatherapy, massages, intuitive energy reading and oracle cards reading). With more than 10 years of experience working with other people and also a long personal background of self healing and personal development.

About the lesson

Modern and ancient knowledge combined with practical exercises. I have been teaching and running retreats for the last 10 years. I plan my lessons according with the group/people needs and also because I believe that all can achieve the best version of themselves I use methods to improve motivation and commitment.
